The Challenge
GreenPath Analytics had a validated idea: a B2B platform that helps companies track, report, and reduce their supply-chain carbon emissions. They needed a working MVP in 10 weeks to present at a major climate-tech investor demo day. With no technical co-founder and a limited budget, they required a partner who could move fast without compromising on architecture quality.

Ran a two-day design sprint to define the core user journey: company registration → data import → emissions calculation → report export.

Built a Supabase-backed Next.js foundation with Row-Level Security so each company’s data was isolated from day one.

Integrated the GHG Protocol calculation engine as a serverless function, allowing GreenPath to update emission factors without redeploying.

Shipped a minimal but polished UI in 6 weeks, then used the remaining 4 weeks for user testing and iteration.

Prepared the deployment pipeline and investor demo environment with real anonymised data.
Technologies Used
The Solution
We built a fully functional MVP on Next.js 16 with Supabase for auth, database, and real-time subscriptions. The app allowed users to upload Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data via CSV, auto-calculate totals using the GHG Protocol methodology, and generate PDF sustainability reports. The entire project was delivered in 9 weeks, under budget. GreenPath successfully raised £1.2M in seed funding at the demo day.
